Bryce Horswell

Teacher Support Lead

B.A., History, Hillsdale College
M.A., History, University of Notre Dame

Bryce Horswell is a teacher support lead for the K-12 Education Office. Before joining the Teacher Support Team, Bryce evaluated, encouraged, and counseled prospective groups of community members who wanted to found classical schools with the Hillsdale K-12 Education Office. Bryce has had the privilege of teaching in several classical schools: a private school in the Association of Christian Classical Schools, a public charter school supported by Hillsdale College, and in a school following the Highlands Latin School curriculum. In addition to twelve years of teaching 7-12 history, Spanish, and beginning Latin in these schools, Bryce served in upper school leadership, as a dean of students and assistant head of upper school. He hopes that through this work teachers are encouraged to pursue love of knowledge united to care for their students.
