Tina Bolin

Treasure Valley Classical Academy

BA, Elementary Education, Western Governors University

Mrs. Bolin was born and raised in the Midwest. Her love of educating became a reality when homeschooling her own ten children. Because some of them struggled with Dyslexia, she attended many trainings learning phonograms and delved into why some children struggle to read. During her thirty years of homeschooling children and grandchildren, she also tutored numerous local children and taught Adult Basic Education classes through Boise State University and College of Western Idaho. Mrs. Bolin began working at Treasure Valley Classical Academy in Fruitland, Idaho when the school opened in 2019. Her love of literacy and years of training in other literacy programs made it a smooth transition to step into Literacy Essentials and become the Literacy Coordinator for TVCA. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Western Governors University.
