Abigail teaches lower and upper school art at Seven Oaks Classical School in Ellettsville, Indiana. At Seven Oaks, she also hosts Arts Nights and their summer art programs.
What is the most inspiring part of your job?
"The most inspiring part of being an art teacher is helping third through twelfth grade students discover they have the ability to see, appreciate, and make beautiful things. I love to see students' excitement when they can learn a master artist's technique and replicate it to make their own artwork. Students are often astonished by the fact that they can do art and be an artist!"
