Emily is an upper school science teacher at Treasure Valley Classical Academy in Fruitland, Idaho. Since 2006, she has taught high school science, mostly in the New York City public school system. She moved to Idaho in 2021 to teach at Treasure Valley Classical Academy.

What is the most inspiring part of your job?
"I love it when my students are genuinely amazed by something we learn about in the natural world, and we all just take a moment to sit together in silent awe of the universe."
