What is the most inspiring part of your job?
"As a teacher of the ancient world and what are generally considered difficult subjects, the most inspiring part of my job is the moment each year when students discover that, with discipline and honest effort, they are capable of understanding and even mastering concepts that seemed impossible to them just weeks before. Making these subjects accessible to every student is both the most important and most rewarding part of teaching the classics."
