What is the most inspiring part of your job?
"The most inspiring aspect of my role as teacher is the reality that, through education, human souls are being shaped, crafted, and refined-- both the souls of the learners and the soul of the teacher, who is himself a learner. Education enables the teacher and the learner to grow together, and one of the most rewarding fruits of the profession is observing the continued growth of my students in moral and intellectual virtue. It is humbling to play some small part in this process, which shows us what it means to be human."
