Zak is a History teacher in the Upper School at Golden View Classical Academy in Golden Colorado where he also serves as a House Mentor. He is in his eighth year at the school and previously taught sixth grade for two years.
What compels you toward excellence in teaching?
My students - and through them our country - are deserving of the highest quality teaching to best prepare them morally and civically for life in our republic. I’m compelled to deliver my best teaching because excellence in itself is a virtue, and, through my practice I better myself, my students, and our community.
